4-H Learning Experience Sponsorship Fund

You can make it possible for Michigan youth to experience a myriad of leadership opportunities through 4-H.

Help reach our goal of $5,000 to provide 4-H learning experiences for young people. Consider making a donation to grow the 4-H Learning Experience Sponsorship Fund, a fund that will reduce the cost for Michigan youth to participate in a variety of 4-H learning experiences including local, state and national camps, workshops, conferences and other skill-building events.

4-H is the flagship youth development program of Michigan State University Extension. Each year, nearly 100,000 young people, ages 5–19, explore what interests and excites them as they grow with Michigan 4-H.

By taking part in 4-H, young people can acquire the leadership and life skills they need to take responsibility for their actions and to work with others in achieving individual and group goals. Leadership skills can be learned and developed through the many opportunities 4-H has to offer. These important life skills will be used in jobs, careers, service clubs, communities and daily activities as an adult.
