At the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, we prepare students for the careers of the future by creating world-class opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom. Gifts to the CANR Alumni Association Scholarship Fund fuel transformative experiential learning opportunities. Each year, this fund provides CANR students with direct financial assistance in the form of student club grants. These club grants support learning projects, like professional development conferences and workshops, community engagement initiatives and industry networking opportunities.

This fall, over $9,000 in student club grants were awarded to nine CANR student organizations. These grants ranged from $500–$2,500, supporting a variety of undergraduate and graduate initiatives. To date, the CANR Alumni Board has awarded nearly 250 student club grants, totaling more than $175,000 in funding. By reaching our campaign goal, your support will keep these grants available for CANR students today, and in the future.
